1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VROXWEB's website or services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. Services
VROXWEB provides web development, technical SEO, and Google Ads management services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment
All services require payment as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in pausing of services. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets. VROXWEB retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
VROXWEB's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information obtained during the engagement private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all completed work up to that point will be delivered, and fees for work completed will be due.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration before litigation.
